I’m not big at all on government involvement as a general rule, but this is one area where we just need a completely different approach.

It’s hard to imagine anything much worse than what we have now — a system that’s a total mess, incredibly inefficient, inherently unfair to millions who can’t get/afford coverage, and shockingly expensive to those who do have insurance coverage. And we’re supposed to be thrilled to continue with that, perhaps with a few tweaks here and there? Ugh.
