		<description>Dawn, I agree about the scaring tactics -- what irks me even more is when they purport to speak on behalf of small businesses.  

I&#039;m not big at all on government involvement as a general rule, but this is one area where we just need a completely different approach.  

It&#039;s hard to imagine anything much worse than what we have now -- a system that&#039;s a total mess, incredibly inefficient, inherently unfair to millions who can&#039;t get/afford  coverage, and shockingly expensive to those who do have insurance coverage.  And we&#039;re supposed to be thrilled to continue with that, perhaps with a few tweaks here and there?  Ugh.
