I get Umair&#039;s feeds in my Google Reader, and he is always blowing my mind.  Sometimes I don&#039;t know what the heck he is talking about, but the reading is very challenging, so I love it.

Thanks for pointing us to reading that challenges our thoughts. We all need to question our business models and ways of doing things from time to time.
